Review the appropriate checklist for your business type. Read through the checklist and check all boxes that apply to your business.  There may be measures that you already have in place.  For assistance in adopting in new measures, contact us.

Submit Checklists and Payment

Submit your completed checklist by email or send two hard copies by mail.  The program fee amount depends on both the sector and size of your business.  The fee schedule is listed on the first page of each checklist and can be viewed here.  Please make checks payable to: Community Partners for Sustainable Works.

Schedule Final Onsite Visit

Upon receipt of your checklist and payment we will contact you in order to schedule the final onsite visit.  The final onsite visit verifies that the minimal required number of measures are in place.
